1. PROMOTION DETAILS:

3. TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Customers must pay all amounts and fees arising from using services provided by Foody and make payment using the following VPBANK DEBIT cards:

• Customers must log in to the ShopeeFood platform, select VPBANK debit card as the payment method, and enter the promo code VPBANKDEBIT20 or VPBANKDEBIT40, or select the corresponding voucher in the Promotion section at the Order Confirmation step to receive the discount.
• The voucher applies to Food & Mart delivery services provided by ShopeeFood’s delivery partners (excluding Shopee Express Instant).
• Promotion period: from 00:00 to 23:59 daily, or until the voucher quota for the month runs out, whichever comes first.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions on the ShopeeFood platform.
• Vouchers will not be reissued in cases where orders are returned and/or canceled for any reason.
• Eligible transactions do not include refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or fake transactions.
• Customers must complete payment when the system displays the discount amount. VPBANK and ShopeeFood are not responsible if the system fails to display the discount and the customer proceeds with the payment.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, partially or fully, or transferred under any circumstances.
• In case of disputes or complaints, the decision of VPBANK and ShopeeFood is final.
• Other terms comply with the laws on promotions and current regulations of VPBANK and ShopeeFood.
• ShopeeFood reserves the right to refuse the voucher to any customer providing invalid, unclear, or incomplete information, or violating any program terms.
• By accepting or using the promotion, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopeeFood, its affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, and partners from any claims, actions, lawsuits, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities related to participation in this program.
• Vouchers cannot be converted into cash or deposited into the cardholder’s account, cannot be transferred to others, and are non-refundable if customers voluntarily cancel orders.
• By participating in this program, customers are deemed to have agreed to all terms and conditions listed above, as well as ShopeeFood’s policies from time to time.
