  1. PROMOTION DETAILS
  • Daily promotion: Get VND 50,000 off ShopeeFood orders from VND 100,000 (excluding delivery fee) when customers make their first payment on the ShopeeFood platform.
  1. PROMOTION PERIOD
  • From August 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025.
  1. TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Each customer (based on user ID and card number) can use the promotion once per program.
  • Customers must pay all charges and fees arising from using ShopeeFood services with a Cake credit card, including Cake Freedom / Be Cake / VieON Cake with the following BINs: 4748 6600 and 4413 5782.
  • The offer applies to Food and Mart services provided by ShopeeFood delivery (excluding Shopee Express Instant).
  • Customers must log in to ShopeeFood, select payment via Cake Credit Card (Cake Freedom / Be Cake / VieON Cake), and apply or enter the promo code “CAKE50F” in the promotion section at the checkout step to receive the discount directly.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions on ShopeeFood.
  • Promo codes will not be reissued in cases of order returns and/or cancellations for any reason.
  • Eligible transactions exclude refunded, canceled, and fraudulent or counterfeit transactions.
  • Customers should only proceed with payment when the system displays the discounted amount. Cake by VPBank and ShopeeFood are not responsible if the system fails to display the discount but the customer still completes payment.
  • The promo code has no cash or other redemption value, either in whole or in part, and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
  • In the event of disputes or complaints, the decision of Cake by VPBank and ShopeeFood shall be final.
  • Other contents comply with the laws on promotions and applicable regulations of Cake by VPBank and ShopeeFood.
  • ShopeeFood reserves the right to refuse the promotion to any customer providing invalid, unclear, incomplete information or violating any program terms and conditions, or ShopeeFood product/service terms of use, or Cake Credit Card terms.
  • By accepting or using the promotion, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopeeFood, its affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, and partners from any claims, actions, lawsuits, trials, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities related to customer participation in the Program.
  • By participating in the Program, customers are deemed to have agreed and accepted all the terms and conditions listed above and ShopeeFood policies from time to time.
  • For inquiries or issues related to the Program, customers should contact Customer Service within 24 hours from the time the issue occurs via email: support@shopeefood.vn .- The program has a limited budget and may end earlier than expected once the allocated budget is fully used.
  • This promotion applies concurrently with the cashback policy of Cake Credit Cards from time to time.
