  1. PROMOTION DETAILS
  • Promotion: CIMB KHAO DEAL – Get VND 30,000 off orders from VND 100,000 – a special program for customers using CIMB cards (“Program”).
  1. PROMOTION PERIOD
  • From 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 every Monday, from July 25, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
  • From 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 on special days between July 25, 2025 and December 31, 2025, including: 08/08/2025; 09/09/2025; 10/10/2025; 11/11/2025; 12/12/2025.
  • From 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 on the 25th day of July, September, October, November, and December.
  • From 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 on December 9, 10, and 11.
  • Each cardholder may enjoy the promotion up to 1 time per day.
  1. TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • The Program applies to CIMB international Visa Debit cards (BIN: 403950) and CIMB Credit Cards (BIN: 472626) issued by CIMB Vietnam Bank Limited Liability Company (“CIMB” or “the Bank”) (collectively, “CIMB Cards”).
  • CIMB cardholders who meet all terms and conditions of the Program will receive VND 30,000 off each transaction from VND 100,000 (excluding delivery fees) when paying online with CIMB Cards and applying the voucher code CIMB30 during the promotion period (“Promo Code”).
  • The Program applies to all services available on ShopeeFood (excluding Shopee Express Instant) and delivery is provided by ShopeeFood’s partnered logistics providers.
  • The discount will not be reissued for canceled orders for any reason.
  • The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or transferred to others.
  • Customers will not be entitled to the discount for replacement orders in cases where the order is returned and/or canceled for any reason.
  • This Program cannot be combined with other promotions on the ShopeeFood platform.
  • Customers must check the discount information before making payment. If the discount is not applied, Customers must immediately contact ShopeeFood Customer Care for guidance before confirming payment.
  • CIMB and ShopeeFood will not handle complaints after the transaction has been successfully paid.
  • Customers unconditionally and irrevocably agree that CIMB may use their images, materials, and related information for advertising and promotional purposes of CIMB in the media without any payment or additional consent required.
  • All conditions and terms of this Program, along with CIMB’s general terms and conditions of transactions and CIMB Card product terms and conditions, including any amendments, supplements, or replacements, will apply. Such updates will be announced on CIMB’s website at: www.cimbbank.com.vn , on www.shopeefood.vn, or on the ShopeeFood mobile application.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping electronic invoices to support the review of suspected fraudulent transactions.
  • Customers are responsible for all taxes and fees related to receiving the promotion, including but not limited to personal income tax, charges, and fees under applicable law (if any).
  • CIMB and ShopeeFood reserve the right to refuse the offer to any Customer who provides invalid, unclear, incomplete information, or violates any Program terms and conditions. CIMB, at its sole discretion, may determine violations or suspected violations of applicable laws in relation to claiming this promotion.
  • CIMB, its affiliates, directors, employees, and representatives will not be liable for any loss, damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses), or any personal injury arising from Customers’ participation in the Program or acceptance/use of the promotion, except as required by law.
  • By accepting or using the promotion, Customers agree to indemnify, compensate, and hold CIMB, its affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, and partners harmless from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities related to the Customers’ participation in the Program.
  • By participating in this Program, Customers are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions listed above and CIMB’s policies from time to time.
